Flexibility Flow is our 4-month flexibility + movement program that combines stretching with primal, natural movement to reduce stiffness, improve posture, and build real-world mobility. You’ll follow a simple weekly schedule with new routines that progress from beginner-friendly foundations to more challenging sessions—so you can move better, feel better, and stay consistent even with a busy life.

Flexibility Flow: Month 1

Learn to slow down, listen in, and show up for your body. This first month is about building consistency and reconnecting to your natural range. We’ll open the hips, unlock the spine, and get your joints moving like they’re supposed to — no forcing, no rushing. Just daily reps in the right direction.
